wow. i kept waiting for you to slow down and get some sleep..it seemed so obvious that you needed both to eat(toss up on merits of spaghetti vs. burger)and sleep. but here you are, at it again, as i read this very minute. i feel helpless to fully understand the complex issues of your ‘cycle’. Have had no experience with it in my life, but am learning from you. Somehow, this time seems different…and you are so bloody smart and good at your writing. just waiting for a Julia Roberts to play you in the film version….

so here i am catching up on a few days’ worth of postings. i need to have quiet time when i read these, turn off NPR or Rachel and focus a bit…I see lots of things happening here, a whole lot, and I am anxious now to move on to the next day. But let me just say, no matter what I find in “the next day”, I am not judging or disappointed or thinking this is a mini-failure.
It’s tough out here, I know all about the extra pounds and the effort to shed them, and thats just the obvious struggle,which is visible and a constant reminder.You are strong, and you will find your way through this…but I want to keep reading,so tbcon’t.

okay, I’m here with you…I hate serious reading on the Mac, never could be a kindle/iPad person..but for you, I will do this. Today’s piece was awesome and now I have the next installment, sort of like “On Demand” …a treat to read two in a row. You and your words are too special not to share…so hope you can keep the momentum going. Natalie and Lindsay? only you could make that work in print.
